Julie Bobay formerly served as Associate Dean for Collection Development and Scholarly Communication. Julie held the Walden Endowed Librarian position, which focused on distance education through the development of electronic resources and services. She was also an Adjunct Associate Professor in the School of Library and Information Science, and served on a number of academic councils including the Bloomington Faculty Council and the University Faculty Council. She was also the former President and current Treasurer of the Bloomington chapter of the American Association of University Professors.
