Amanda Gesselman

Anita Aldrich Endowed Research Scientist

Amanda Gesselman

Dr. Gesselman is a social psychologist at the Kinsey Institute, and the inaugural Anita Aldrich Endowed Research Scientist at Indiana University.

She completed her doctoral training at the University of Florida under Dr. Gregory D. Webster, and her postdoctoral training at the Kinsey Institute under Dr. Justin Garcia.

Her research examines dating and sexuality of single adults, with an emphasis on technology and health behaviors; the psychology, sexuality, and health of romantic couples; and the intersection of human development, stigma, and sexuality.
